This recipe will have your whole house smelling delicious! Everyone will think you're baking a rich dessert when in fact, you're making something healthy!
I was thinking about which recipe to film for this week and then granola popped into my mind. I love granola and haven't had it in ages! It's great to eat alone as a snack or to toss some on top of yogurt or cottage cheese or even eat with milk as cereal.
This is the first time I've ever made homemade granola and it doesn't get much more simple than this.
1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seed
1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
1 1/2 Cups Oatmeal or Oats or Muesli
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
3/4 Cup Chopped Hazelnuts
3 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1/3 Cup Honey
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit or 150 degrees Celsius.
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix until evenly combine.
- Press into baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
