Keep Your Chest Perky w/ Weight Lifting!


Happy Wednesday everyone!

Today I want to show you some exercises that are great for both men and women alike but I feel like this area often gets over looked by women. I'm talking about working out your chest or pectoral area. This is the area where most guys are the most focused on because they want to get that nice sculpted chest that we gals like. (;

Ladies, I'm here to tell you that this is an important area for us to train as well! Doing weight training that targets your chest will help keep your girls lifted and help prevent future sagging. Who doesn't want that?

Incline Chest Press
Here's an example of an exercise that is great at targeting your chest.

- Lie on an inclined bench and press a barbell up and down towards your chest.
- Aim for 3 sets of 12-15.
