Beautiful, Handmade Sheyna Jewelry Review

Hi everyone!

I was recently sent two pairs of high quality earrings from a jewelry company called Sheyna which have recently been featured on NBC's TODAY and Oprah.

This company is different because all exsisting pieces have been handmade so no matter what your purchase is, you will end up with a unique piece!

Carob Brownie Bites Recipe

Just want to share my latest kitchen creation thanks to the recipe book, Easy To Be Raw - Desserts by Megan Elizabeth.

These ¨brownies¨ are amazing! Even our completely non-raw, non-vegan friend from the states LOVED them! This is a great recipe to share with those you love who aren´t raw vegan.

This recipe is a dessert but since it´s made with 100% raw fruit & nuts, you can eat it anytime you like! Brownie for breakfast, anyone?

It´s also so simple to make! Only four ingredients, throw everything into the food processor and in less than 15min, you´re done and ready to eat your brownie!

INGREDIENTS

- 2 tsp Raw Carob Powder

- 3/4 cup Raisins

- 10-12 Dates, pitted

- 1/4 cup Favorite Raw Nuts

**Place a little extra carob and nuts to side for topping**

RECIPE

Pay close attention because this recipe is complicated!

- Throw all ingredients into the food processor and pulse until well blended.

- Form mixture into brownie size squares.

- Roll in remaining carob and garnish with extra nuts.

Sunless Tanner I Use For Special Occasions

You all know that am outside, in the sun daily because the fresh air and sun are amazing for so many things in your body and it's also how I get my Vitamin D.
