This holiday salad is so simple and easy to make. It takes hardly any preparation and uses very few ingredients.
Three handfuls romaine, chopped
Two medium to large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
One granny smith apple, chopped
1/2 Red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 Avocado, sliced
Natural/Raw Honey, spoon full
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Place all salad ingredients in a large salad/serving bowl/dish.
Drizzle honey and vinegar over salad.
Toss salad and enjoy!
